16 oz light sour cream
2 cups mayonnaise
1 tsp chili powder
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp taco seasoning
1 package of ranch dressing

Combine all ingredients and serve cold with vegetables

Combine all ingredients and serve cold with vegetables
8 oz package of cream cheese (softened)
1 can (10.5 oz) chili with beans (regular or spicy)
1/2 cup of shredded cheese (preferred flavor)
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Spread the cream cheese on bottom of microwave-safe pie plate
Top with chili and cheese
Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds until cheese is melted
Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with nacho chips or crackers
3 oz Neufchatel cheese
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp low-fat milk
2 cups frozen whipped topping (thawed)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix the cheese, sugar and milk until thoroughly combined
Gently combine the frozen whipping topping and vanilla and add to cheese mixture
Serve with cinnamon pita chips
