Ingredients

14 eggs

1-2 tsp of various seasonings

2-3 tbsp green onion

1 1/4 pound of breakfast sausage, chopped

1 1/4 cups shredded low fat cheese

6 oz low fat cottage cheese

1 red bell pepper, chopped

Directions

Spread into a 9 x 13 baking dish and cook for 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees
