Taco Noodle Dinner


1 pound ground beef

3/4 cup water

1/2 tsp salt

1 can mushroom stems and pieces (drained)

3 cups uncooked egg noodles

2-3 cups tomato juice

1/4 cup onion (chopped)

Taco seasoning

1 cup sour cream


Heat a skillet over medium-high heat

Brown the beef with the onion and drain off the excess liquid

Add water, salt and seasoning

Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes

Add mushrooms, noodles and tomato juice

Cover and simmer for 25 minutes

Serve with sour cream on top
