Clyde's Crabcakes


1 pound jumbo lump crab meat

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp water

1 tbsp chopped parsley

2 tsp old bay seasoning

1 tbsp dijon mustard

4 saltine crackers


Remove shells and cartilage from crab meat

Combine mayonnaise, old bay, parsley, mustard, and water

Add crab meat to the mix and do not break up the lumps 

Break saltines and add to the mixture

Make into 4 patties and pan fry or boil until golden brown
