Bruschetta Chicken Bake


1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 package (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken

1/2 cup water

2 cloves garlic, minced

1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts - Cut into bite sized pieces

1 tsp dried basil leaves

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

Place tomatoes with their liquid in a bowl

Add stuffing mix, water and garlic

Place chicken in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and sprinkle with basil and cheese

Top with stuffing mixture

Bake for 30 minutes
