Pineapple Bread Stuffing


1/2 cup of butter

1 cup sugar

4 eggs

12 oz crushed pineapple (drained)

5 slices of white bread (cubed)


Cream the butter and sugar together

Beat in the egg one at a time

Stir in the pineapple

Fold in the bread

Grease/Butter in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish

Bake covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for another 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven
