Catalina Chicken Breast


2 tsp vegetable oil

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup Catalina dressing

1/2 cup apricot jam

1/2 package of dry onion soup mix (about 3 tbsp)


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Heat oil in a skillet on medium-high heat

Add chicken and cook 4 minutes on each side until browned

Remove chicken from skillet and place in a glass baking dish

Mix dressing, jam, and soup mix in a bowl and pour over the chicken

Bake for 45 minutes
