Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1/2 cup Crisco
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
FOR THE FILLING:
2 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup marshmallow
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup Crisco
4-5 tbsp milk
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Mix all the cookie ingredients together and bake for 7 minutes
Mix all the filling ingredients together and spread on half of the cooled cookies
